Non Intimate Items / Ready to Wear
✧ We have a 30 days refund policy for our ready to wear items that are not classed as intimate (please see below). Please return your unwanted item within this time frame to receive a full refund, minus the original shipping costs.
    ✧ If you used a voucher/discount code for free delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
      ✧ Return shipping costs will be at the buyers expense.
        ✧ Please send your items back in a 'brand new' condition, i.e unsoiled, unworn and with the tags still attached and not tampered with in any way.
          ✧ Hold on to proof of postage in case you return goes missing in the post. Tracked delivery is the safest way to return your item.
            ✧ If we don't receive your return within 30 days we will be unable to process your refund.
             
              Custom / Personalised / Intimate Items
              If your item is custom made to order, or an intimate item (i.e. bikini bottoms, all in one bodysuits/swimsuits, masks, lingerie), we do not accept returns. However, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if unhappy & we will look in to it for you.
              ✧ Requests for refunds or exchanges will be dealt with on an individual basis.
                ✧ If we do agree on a return/exchange, all garments should be returned unsoiled, unworn, with the tags still attached and not tampered with....in a brand new condition.

                          Any items bought in one of our sales will not be reviewed for a refund/exchange....these sales are strictly final.

                           

                          Faulty garments
                          All of our garments undergo the strictest quality control so you should never receive a faulty garment. We will not accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from fair wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party.
                          If you do notice any damage to your order upon receipt, please email us within 3 days to arrange an exchange. Replacement garments will be shipped as soon as the faulty return has been received and reviewed.
