All orders are sent tracked using Royal Mail and handed over to your country's postal service if outside of the UK. If your'e not home or at your delivery address, your postal service will leave a card/notification with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived and no notification/card has been left, please visit Royal Mail and enter your tracking ref (found on your despatch email from us) to see what's happened to it. We would greatly appreciate it if you could do this before contacting us, as it will say whether there's been a been a non-delivery (you can request a re-delivery on there) or it's still in transit.
